Careers - Junior Operator
Join our team!
Our team has more than 13 years of experience — in the world of 3D printing, we're among the originals. We know what we do, and we like to do it really well.
We're a down-to-earth team that believes in doing business honestly. We keep things short and direct, and everyone counts: every role matters, because it's only together that you truly get good.
Current Vacancies:

- Salary: a competitive salary, matching your age and experience.
- Working week: 37.3 hours per week, on a three-shift schedule.
- Contract: you start with a 7-month contract, including a 1-month probation period. If it's a good match on both sides, a permanent contract is negotiable.

What we're looking for
We don't ask for a long list of diplomas. We do ask for a completed vocational (MBO) qualification. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who:
- Works precisely and takes quality seriously.
- Works well in a team on shift, but can also get things done independently.
- Can handle repetitive work and draws energy from it.
- Has a good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.
- Preferably has a technical background and a solid technical understanding.
What you'll do
As a Junior Operator, you play a key part in our production process. You make sure our machines keep running smoothly. Our processes are largely automated, but you keep an eye on them. You make sure our filament comes off the machine in the best possible condition and moves on to packaging. Together with your team, you make sure the filament goes out the door to our customers on time. You report to the shift leader. In practice, you will:
- Operate the machines.
- Work together as part of a team.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust where needed.
- Carry out quality checks. Spot a fault or deviation? You report it right away.
- Start up and shut down machines, and sometimes carry out small repairs.
- Keep a sharp eye on improvements and share them with your team.
- Work a three-shift schedule, with a shift allowance of 18.5% on top of your gross salary.
- Keep your workspace clean and tidy.
