BEDROCK 3D PLA PRO1 was developed as an engineering-grade filament that combines ease of use with high-end performance. Ideal for Big Size prints. By varying the print settings, users can optimize for speed, strength, surface quality or a mix of those qualities beyond performance levels of traditional filaments. Its flow and curing behavior is designed with 3D printing in mind. Due to this optimization the layer adhesion is excellent creating a solid base for strong parts. Another effect of the careful optimization is that demanding geometries, including overhangs, are spot on and don’t require support structures in many cases. For extreme overhangs it is recommended to pair PLA PRO1 with the BVOH Support material.

The wide processing window make this material an excellent choice for any FFF printer on the market. The availability of large reels allows printing of large volumes and production of parts. PLA PRO1 empowers you to work smarter, faster, and stronger, all without sacrificing quality.

  ** To achieve faster printing speeds, it may be necessary to raise the nozzle temperature. The highest speed mentioned has been determined through our latest tests, ensuring optimal surface quality with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Please note that as printing technology and equipment evolve, we anticipate the possibility of achieving even faster speeds in the future.
