BEDROCK 3D Foaming TPU, is an advanced 3D printing material that combines the flexibility of TPU with the weight reduction properties of foamed materials. This filament contains an integrated foaming agent that activates at printing temperatures, creating microscopic air pockets within the printed object. The result is lightweight, elastic, and impact-resistant material.

The material expands during printing, reducing material usage and weight. By using different print settings configurations, users can control the expansion ratio and density of the final part.

Less Material, More Output, and cut costs while you’re at it

Thanks to it’s expansion rate of up to 100%, Foaming TPU allows you to use up to 50% less filament for the same part volume. That means when you buy 1 kg of Foaming TPU, you can print as much as you normally would with 2 kg of standard TPU.

Less material in, same performance out,  smart, efficient, and cost-effective.

And on top of that the printing speed outperforms high-speed materials such as PLA. Meaning that you can also reduce time! How? By the reduction of printing time by using standard print speeds in combination with increased layer heights and line width.
